Have you outgrown your systems?


⁠Before you say it… you, my dear, do have systems!⁠



Keeping track of clients in the notes section of your phone or on a piece of paper is a system - just like keeping track of them in larger programs such as Dubsado.⁠

If we boil down what systems are all about - they are a method of accomplishing an end result.

Here are a few examples of the tasks that you may have systems for:⁠

→ booking calls⁠

→ lead management⁠

→ client on-boarding⁠

→ task management⁠

→ bookkeeping⁠

→ referrals⁠

→ client off-boarding⁠

Because of this, if "I don't have systems" is something you think often - that likely means that you have 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 your system. ⁠

Your way of completing the task (i.e. completing a client on-boarding process) likely worked for your first, say, 10 clients but it isn’t a sustainable system that will allow you to GROW.⁠

And what happens now is that system:⁠

- needs to expand⁠

- needs new tools added to facilitate certain processes⁠

- needs to become more automated rather than relying on you to complete all the tasks⁠
