This week, I’m sharing the deets about how I got to where I am right now, here chatting with you.
Since its a question I get a lot!
Here’s what my journey has looked like so far:
Started as an assistant for a woman running a domestic violence nonprofit outside of Boston in 2009. ⤵
⤹ Worked alongside her and transitioned into managing her operations and grants for over 6 years.
⤹ Started taking working with more clients on website design + ops work.
⤹ Graduated from Babson College with a business degree specializing in entrepreneurship.
⤹ Took a 5 month contract in Northern Uganda implementing a center for entrepreneurship (during which I met Jacob!)
⤹ Took a 1+ year contract directing social service programs in Central Uganda.
⤹ Managed the day-to-day operations of a startup e-commerce company that scaled from roughly 200K to 5M in sales during my four years.
⚡️ Here today with you! ⚡️
If there’s one thing that I’ve learned throughout all of this… its that I freaking love working alongside entrepreneurs in the early + growth stages of their businesses.
That and I’m a complete ops + systems nerd. 🤓
Looking at your journey so far, what’s one thing that you’ve learned about yourself?
